Dude, the concert was the best night of my life. Everyone was really fucking into it. I didn't realize how hard head banging is. My neck is going to be fucking cramped tomorrow. In the beginning, I felt like an idiot doing all the hand motions and head banging that everyone else was doing, but I got really into it. In the end, I was starting to run out of energy and my arm muscles were screaming. I didn't want to stop though, waaaay too much fun. I was so fucking happy they played "Calm Envy", "Swallowtail on Death Valley", "Nausea and Shudder", "Bathroom", "Filth in Beauty", and "Hyena". Some of my favorites. They played a couple of others that I really like too, but the names always escape me.

Uruha was wearing a off shoulder kind thing with arm bands, all black. Reita was wearing a red vest with black pants. I couldn't really tell what Kai was wearing. I was sitting in Section B, Row 9, Seat 15. That's the first floor, to the right side of the stage when you look at it, near the black. Ruki was wearing a long silver jacket with a dark inner vest (?), shirt, and tie. Aoi's hair wasn't really styled, just teased a bit on top. Ruki's hair is really long now. He kept the left side the usual, but had the right side over his face, kind of frizzy.

I don't remember the order of the songs, but I remember that they played songs off of Nil, Stacked Rubbish, Guren, and Wakerimichi (sp). I couldn't place all of the song names that they did, but I definitely knew them well enough to head bang in all the right places. :D At one point, Ruki said, "It's hot. It's hot on stage. I'm hot. It's summer and I'm going to die from a fever." Then later, he was like "There are a lot of fans. There is also a lot of me. I'm a idiot, huh? But that doesn't have anything to do with this." Uruha was laughing off to the side and the crowd was giggling. Ruki noticed something off and was glancing around at the band to see what was going on.

For the encore, we were screaming for it for like 15 minutes. The guys ran off the stage pretty fast. They were playing for 2 hours, but it didn't really seem like that long. When they did come back out, Reita and Kai were the only ones out for the first set. They didn't sing, but we did a "oi/hey" song for a bit. Reita was like "Sorry, but there is another concert tomorrow, so we're going to do this half-assed."

When Ruki came out, he said something like "Lets make this a bit quieter." Haha, yea right. They played "Linda, Linda", the song that begins with the army drum, and a couple of others. Reita and Aoi were wearing the black concert t-shirts and Kai and Uruha were wearing the white concert t-shirts. After the concert ended, I went and bought a black one. :D Ruki was wearing some weird long sleeve black cardigan thing with a scarf. Ruki was throwing water at the crowd. He even went down into the arena section a bit. People were crowding the barriers to get to him, but there was a horde of security guards following him. After, Kai was throwing drumsticks at the crowd. The last one he kissed and threw. :p

During the second encore, they played "Cassis" and "Boyfriend". Ruki seemed pretty tired by then because he missed a few words in "Cassis". It was still great though. After "Cassis", he was saying stuff about how happy he was. He sniffled a bit and everyone was going awwww. We were better than Osaka. <3 Then he was like, "Okay, this is definitely the last song. I hope that our feelings are shared through this."

To the beginning, I got to Yoyogi Gymnasium at about 12:15. I wandered around a bit, went to the bathroom, and then got into the goods line at 12:30. They started selling at 1. I spent 1,650 yen on a huge bag, a hand bag, a concert pamphlet, and a card holder. Then I bought takoyaki and headed towards the CD and DVD line. I got the album Nil and the single Guren for 4,200 yen. I got 5 free posters and a postcard with them. Then I hung around outside for about a hour, then it started sprinkling. It was fucking cold I tell you. I was wearing a skirt and stockings, so I was freezing. I hid in the bathroom for the next hour and half, until the line for getting in started at about 4:45. We weren't let in until 5:20ish though. The concert started at about 6:20 and ended about 9:25. After the concert, I bought more crap for 5,200 yen. I got a bandanna, a t-shirt, and a sticker set. All together, I spent about 27,000 yen. I think it was worth every penny. :D The t-shirt alone was 3,200 yen. O.O Aoi and Reita looked so sexy in it though, I couldn't resist.

I'm kind of pissed that I didn't get the ticket to go tomorrow too. Then again, I know my arms, ass, and neck are going to be fucking sore tomorrow, so I probably wouldn't have as much fun. Ha, I just remembered something that Ruki said. "Today's concert is pretty much the same as tomorrow's concert, so let's take it easy today." XD That fucker. I really want to buy most, if not all, of their CDs while I'm here. Maybe a couple of their lives too if I can afford it. As it is, I need to live on 27,000 yen for the next 3 weeks at least. I've been spending way too much money. I'll buy their CDs and crap next month or so. When I've evened out my budget a bit. Worse comes to worse, I can always swip my card or something.

:D Going to Sophia~ Trying to get VisualShoxx to order tickets for me, but I'm having trouble getting the dorm address for them to mail it to me. Gotta start preparing how to use make up and clothes for the concert <3

In other news, my cartilage piercing is fine. Now, I'm trying to stretch my piercings a bit. Think 8 is definitely the max I want to go. Currently, cartilage is at 14 and lobe 1 is at 16. Have to wait about 2.5 more weeks before I can start lobe 2 and go to 14 for lobe 1.

I'm really burning through money recently. I bought some new underwear, boots, earrings, and makeup.

Makeup alone was $115 from MAC because I didn't own any brushes. I got some foundation, foundation brush, black liquid gel eyeliner, eyeliner brush, and facial cleanser towelets. I need to go back in a couple of weeks to buy brush cleanser. I still want some new lip gloss, and maybe some eyeshadow too. I'm hopeless at eyeshadow though. I can barely use the eyeliner with the brush. So much different from the pencil...

I need to go clothes shopping with mom before I leave for Japan though. I don't really own any punk/visual kei clothing... I hate shopping for clothing. I only buy jeans. Most of my shirts are a couple of years old. My summer shirts are kinda new, but I already outgrew/shrunk most of them again. Damn puberty. I think I'm about 5'9" now, .5" more than last summer.

As for earrings, I think I'll buy niobium CBRs from HotTopic instead of titanium ones from Body Exotic. They're a LOT cheaper there, $10 vs $30 for one pair and $15 vs $60 for two pairs. I drew up a schedule as to when I can stretch each piercing, to allow for healing time. It's hard to resist the urge to do it ahead of schedule.

I estimate about $45 from HotTopic for tapers and CBRs, $120 from Body Exotic for barbells. HotTopic doesn't really sell the short barbells for ears in niobium. Adding in the make up supply for Japan; foundation, facial towelets, etc; I can't really eat out this quarter. I've been living off of spaghetti and peanut butter sandwiches.

Trying to lose weight too. I was about 140ish around Thanksgiving, Now I'm about 135ish. At this rate, I'll be able to get down to 125ish before the concert. Losing about .6-1 lb a week.

Aiming to run 45 miles a week (weather permitting), 3 hours of yoga at home, 1.75 hours of yoga in class, and 1-1.3 hours of swimming (weather permitting). It's been raining so much though I only got in about 27 miles last week. Bah, it's alright. My progress is still good.

So some good news and bad news. Good news: I finally got my cartilage piercing and another lobe piercing. Bad news: I got accused of cheating on my ECON 3 midterm. I didn't though. Think it's probably because of the book examples I gave for the DOHO round and the Uruguay Round. Well, not really mad cause I didn't cheat. Just have to go in on Tuesday to talk with the teacher about it. I'm willing to take another exam to prove that I didn't cheat. If I get fail the class cause he thinks I did cheat, I'm bringing the parents in.

Edit (Jan 29): Teacher didn't recognize me. Only had to match my handwriting with the one on the test.

I've come a long way in the years, ever since I've started being aware of my body. There are some things about myself that I hate and others that I like.
I'm proud that I rarely, if ever, force myself to throw up.
I'm proud that I have taken up running and am aiming for 45 miles a week. (Currently the weather is against me though)
I'm proud that I have resisted my urges to take diet pills and have stuck to vitamins only.
I'm proud that my eating habits are more normal.

I'm sad that my weight has gone up to 138 lb (from 118 last year). Realistically, I know that some of the weight is water weight, because I was bulimic, and some of the weight is muscle mass. I have a suspicion that it's mostly muscle mass, not fat.
I'm sad that I'm still eating a lot, though my binging tendencies have gotten a lot better. This is probably because I am running 45 MILES a week.

So, overall, my body and mind set have improved a lot, despite what my family may say. They never did know what was going on. They just think that I was depressed and moody because of my irregular period. Also, I have some great news! I have just submitted my application to study at Sophia University, Tokyo for the spring quarter! Also, I'm trying to major in Japanese and Accounting. I have a feeling that I'll be working more and more now. That's a good thing though. While stress does make me want to binge and throw up, keeping myself busy and off of depressive thoughts is even better. I have not thrown up in a long time. I have done it maybe 3 times since school ended in June.

Anyways, my 19th birthday is coming up soon. I got another lobe piercing on September 2, and I'm trying to get more for my birthday. I currently have two in each lobe right now. I want a total of 3 lobe piercings in my right ear, and 2 lobe piercings and a cartilage in my left. My family has been a bit concerned with me recently since I had started wearing belt chains since I came back from vacation in Japan in August. My sister says I'm going goth. I don't really think so. I've started to wear eyeliner, but it's nothing to dramatic.

Anyways, I've already convinced Ma to let me get them. Dad's next. I got him to agree to the second lobe piercings in 25 minutes and a pair of tweezers. He agreed in 5 seconds after I brought out the tweezers. I was prepared with a kit of wax strips as back up.

I haven't updated in a while, so I have lots to tell.

College:
Santa Clara! That means I'm getting a Honda Civic after Labor Day so I can drive to school! I'm trying to schedule a permit test sometime after the 24th, but we'll see how that goes.

Senior Trip:
I'm going to Japan~ Middle of July for about 10 days with about 8 other girls. I can't believe dad is actually letting me go. And, if I mention it to mom, she might give me some spending money! This makes me even more determined to lose 10 lb by then. I currently weigh about 128 lb naked, before eating.

College Junior/Senior year:
Studying abroad in Japan! Ha-ha! I can't wait. That is the absolute soonest I can get out of this house. I'm going to do my best in college so I can go. Not only do I get away from my family, but it's in JAPAN! Living and everything is going to be expensive, but I can apply for a scholarship. Ah~ Life is getting better.

Now then, for short term goals, before the trip to Japan in July:
I need to lose a little under 10 lb.
Also, lay off the coffee and drink more soymilk. I think I may only drink soymilk in the morning and just eat dinner for solid food. We'll see.
I'm going to start taking up jogging in the afternoon again. I haven't exercised in 3 week because of my cold and laziness. It's time to fix that. Look for some short clothing to wear in Japan. It's going to be hot as hell and the jeans I usually wear during the summer isn't going to cut it.

Kyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~ So excited!
